Real Property Law Institute, February 4-5

This annual one-and-a-half-day event will include presentations on foreclosure, receiverships, mortgage and mechanic's liens, environmental court, development, eminent domain, land protection tools, project value, closings, social media, commercial real estate financing, secondary market requirements for condominiums, RESPA and conveyancing.

The event is sponsored by the Real Property Committee. Planning committee chairs are Jonathan Holfinger and William D. Fergus, Jr. They are joined by Amy Straker Bartemes, Catherine Baird, Paul A. DePascale, Gretchen D. Jeffries, Kenton L. Kuehnle, Donald B. Leach Jr., Kristin E. Rosan, Brent D. Rosenthal, John P. Wilkerson Jr. and James A. Zitesman.
