Clerk of Courts Adds Subpoenas to Website

At the request of an attorney, Clerk of the Courts Maryellen O’Shaughnessy has added the juvenile and domestic relations subpoena forms to the Clerk’s website. As with all of the forms on their site, these PDF documents are online-editable. Users can click open the subpoena and fill it out right on their computers before printing. Clerk O’Shaughnessy reminds attorneys and support staff that the paper subpoena is a four-part carbonless form and users must make certain to print four copies before filing with the Clerk’s office.
