Annual Diversity Meeting Held on October 28

Advisory committee chair of the Columbus Bar’s Managing Partners Diversity Initiative Jim Davidson opened the meeting; Elizabeth Watters, Columbus Bar president welcomed everyone and Rich Simpson presented the annual survey results. Rich described the results best when he noted the number of minority partners and associates doubling since the start of the MPDI. The meeting concluded with “take-aways” from the speaker, Sandra Phillips, on how to view the diversity investment as a wealth of opportunity.
