New Lawyer Training: Workers' Comp & Social Security Disability

This seminar provides a general overview of the workers’ comp system to assist practitioners in defining claims considerations and understanding the legal grounds for injury claims; as well as extrapolating on the elements of disability claims such as wage and medical responsibilities.
