7th Annual Immigration Law Conference

If you practice in the areas of immigration, family law, international law, labor and employment law, or deal with immigration issues in other areas of law, this event is earmarked for you.

The Columbus Bar, in conjunction with the Ohio Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), will hold its annual Immigration Law Conference on Friday, November 6, at the Columbus Athenaeum. This year’s all day event will feature a two track AM portion, allowing attendees to choose either a removal or corporate/employment immigration focus, and a mock trial. Lunch features a Q&A with a panel of experts, and one hour of ethics training has been included in the agenda.

Expert presenters include attorneys Gus Shihab, Karen Moss, Stacy Cozart, Lori Pinjuh, Mary (“Peggy”) Godar, Ken Robinson, Rob Cohen, Scott Bratton, Scott Hicks, Phil Eichorn, Doug Weigle, Dennis Muchnicki, David Leopold, Matt Benson, Eleanor Tsuganov, Abraham Kay, David Bloomfield, and Neil Fleischer, as well as Corey Price, Assistant Field Office Director of Columbus Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The annual conference has been organized by Lori Pinjuh in collaboration with Gus M. Shihab, Chair of the Ohio AILA chapter.
