Solo & Small Firm Committee Hosting Foreclosure Mediation Panel

Foreclosure is hitting all parts of the real estate market. Regardless of what your primary focus area is of your law practice, you need to know about the Franklin County Foreclosure Mediation Project. Every new foreclosure case filed in Franklin County Common Pleas includes an opportunity to submit the case to mediation.

The Solo/Small Firm committee will host a panel discussion September 16 at noon, reviewing the process. Judge Stephen McIntosh, Franklin County Recorder Ed Leonard, Loretta King from Columbus Housing Partnership, and Project Manager Eileen Pruett will share the dais.
