What Do You Really Know About Columbus City Government?

Taking a stroll around Downtown Columbus you will find many new projects and developments under way such as the Scioto Mile Park, Franklin County Courthouse and new downtown residential developments. There are also whispers in the air of the new park at the current site of City Center. With the passage of Issue 1 by Columbus voters in early August, the City services of Police and Fire have been saved and many of the closed recreation centers have been promised to be reopened, but for how long? Columbus is the city we live in, work or play in, but how much do you really know about what is going on? Attend the Government Agencies committee meeting on September 2 at noon and learn about the goals of Columbus City leaders for our future. This meeting is open to all Columbus Bar members.
