Seminar Approved for Family Relations Law Certification
“Ohio’s LGBT Legal Landscape,” to be presented Friday, August 28, features Lambda Legal’s Midwest Regional Office, Senior Staff Attorney and Iowa Marriage architect, Camilla Taylor. Ms. Taylor is joined by two of Ohio’s leading attorneys in the area of custody and parental rights for lesbian and gay families, Carol Fey and LeeAnn Massucci.
The Columbus Bar understands the main areas of legal services provided to the LGBT community are domestic and employment law. This seminar will discuss state legislation and Sixth Circuit Court case law relevant to both practice areas.
Family Law practitioners receive 2.0 hours toward OSBA Family Relations Law Certification. The seminar provides current, substantive information with a keen focus on Ohio as well as providing a national context.
