New Policy at Franklin County Probate Court

The Franklin County Probate Court will be instituting a new policy regarding the magistrates’ duty desk during the lunch hour. Please be advised that as of Wednesday, July 1, 2009, there will no longer be a duty magistrate available to assist attorneys, paralegals, or their court runners/messengers between 12 noon and 1:30 p.m. We encourage all probate practitioners, paralegals, and their court runners/ messengers to make full use of the duty magistrates during their regular hours at the duty desks, which are from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m.
