Erin Ritzert (profile)
What made you choose your primary area of law?
After completing an estate plan, I feel that I have really helped my clients find peace of mind. They are relieved to know that there is a plan for their family in the event of their disability or death. Being the person who helped them reach their goal is a great feeling.
What makes your law firm unique?
The attorneys at Resch & Root see the practice of law as more than just a pen and paper activity. Rather, we value an environment that fosters ongoing relationships with our clients. You can be certain if you use our services, you will hear from us again. We understand that the right plan for you today may not be appropriate in 5, 10, or 20 years and are committed to helping your plan evolve with changes in your family, your goals, and the law. Our meetings are conducted more like conversations than lectures, and our main goal is to provide an experience that will leave you with peace of mind.
Describe your ideal client.
I believe that everyone needs to plan for disability and death. I prefer to work with individuals who are interested in learning about the planning documents they are signing, and who view the attorney-client relationship as ongoing, not just one or two office visits.
Describe your personal interests and hobbies.
I live in the Victorian Village neighborhood of Columbus and enjoy exploring the ever-changing and growing urban area. I also enjoy running, spinning, and cooking.
