Sign Up for eNotice with the Franklin County Probate Court

Probate Judge Eric Brown is encouraging probate practitioners to sign up to receive email notices of deadlines instead of hard copy U.S. Mail. Types of notices sent by eNotice are: Inventory and Account notices for Estates, Guardianships, Conservatorships, and Trusts; Guardianship and Conservatorship Reports and Statements of Expert Evaluation; Status Letters; Wrongful Death Reports of Distribution; Release from Administrations; Minor’s Settlement Reports of Distribution, and Verification of Deposits.
