Outstanding Programming for Domestic Relations Attorneys
March may have been a bad month for Julius Caesar, but if you are a Family Law attorney, it’s going to be a good one for you. The Columbus Bar Family Law Committee will provide two exceptional opportunities to enrich your domestic relations practice.
Judge Craig Baldwin and Magistrate Ann Snyder of Licking County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, will present a 1.0 CLE, “View from The Bench: DR Practice in Licking County,” on Monday, March 9. This lunchtime CLE will explore case management and practice procedures from a behind-the-bench perspective.
On Friday, March 27, attorneys will further enhance their practice with the insights of psychologists and fellow legal counselors specializing in domestic law. The 6.0 hour Domestic Relations Counseling & Case Law Institute provides an understanding of how clinical psychologists support attorney efforts and the distinct role they play as well as how attorneys can work more effectively with clients. In addition, the past five years of Franklin County domestic cases in the 10th Appellate District will be reviewed. Attendees are strongly encouraged to add their unique perspectives to this presentation during an interactive Q & A wrap-up.
These two distinctive Family Law CLE seminars are designed for attorneys at all levels of practice and provide a comprehensive view of the practice of Domestic Relations Law.
