Rules of Superintendence Update Planned
Changes to the Rules of Superintendence will be the focus of a Feb. 27 course offered by the Supreme Court of Ohio’s Judicial College. The course will cover changes since 2006 resulting from Supreme Court decisions, recommendations from Supreme Court advisory committees and task forces, and revisions based on updates to the Ohio Revised Code.
