RPLI Agenda Set
RPLI Agenda Set
The Real Property Law Institute, February 5 & 6, features a wide range of compelling topics for 2009. How a foreclosure and bankruptcy of a landlord affects a commercial tenant; real estate auctions; defenses and changes to Ohio foreclosure laws; and board of revisions filings are a sample of the topics. A tradition of institute has been a case study presentation and this year will feature the development of the Gay Street corridor.
Developed and sponsored by the Real Property committee, RPLI runs from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, lunch included; and 8 a.m. to noon on Friday. Jonathan Holfinger and James A. Zitesman are co-chairs of the Institute planning committee. This wide variety of topics scores 10.25 CLE credits, including 1.0 hour of professionalism and a half hour of substance abuse credit.
