Grady on How to Handle IRS Tax Controversies
The Business Tax Committee is pleased to have guest speaker Terrence Grady, of Terrence A. Grady & Associates, presenting on IRS Civil Tax Controversies at its upcoming November meeting. Mr. Grady will provide practitioners with important considerations and techniques for handling civil tax controversies. Mr. Grady’s presentation will also include information on specialized civil tax controversy topics, including IRS injunction actions, trust fund recovery penalty cases, fraudulent conveyances, and foreclosure of tax lien actions.
