Premier CLE - Today's U.S. Supreme Court

Always a key component in the unfolding history of this country, the United States Supreme Court stands steadfastly as the pinnacle of judiciary resolve and responsibility. This November 8, the Columbus Bar is honored to host Major General William K. Suter, the 19th Clerk of The United States Supreme Court as the featured presenter of “Today’s Supreme Court: The United States Supreme Court Update.” The special Saturday morning CLE seminar will highlight Supreme Court ideology, case selection process, and the “Rehnquist Era.” Maj. Gen. Suter’s unique experience offers attendees a leading perspective of our Supreme Court at this point in history.

Maj. Gen. Suter will be joined by two of Central Ohio’s U.S. Court judges, Hon. James L. Graham, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio Eastern Division and Hon. Jeffrey S. Sutton, U.S. Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit for a panel discussion on recent Supreme Court cases. Columbus Bar President Kathleen M. Trafford will moderate the presentation.
