Graduate of OSU Law School; Office of General Counsel USA Treasury Department, 1943-1949; USA Treasury Rep., Manila, Philippines; Treasury Attache, American Embassy, Philippines.

Member of American and Columbus Bar Associations, Trial Lawyers of America, American Association of International Lawyers, Franklin County and Ohio State Democratic Party, VP and President of Young Democrats Club of America, headed US delegate at the first conference of NATO in Europe, member of Truman Library Association, OSU President's Club.

Biographical honors: American National Register of Prominent American, Community Leaders and Noteworthy Americans, Who's Who in America.
