Notice to Attorneys Who Practice in Municipal Court

NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS WHO PRACTICE IN MUNICIPAL COURT

The Judges of the Franklin County Municipal Court hereby give notice of the following amendment to Local Court Rule 13, Schedule 9.00, II “Costs in Criminal, Traffic and Environmental cases”. The amendment reflects an additional court cost required by Am. Sub. HB 562 which will be imposed in certain traffic cases filed on or after September 23, 2008.
