Law School plans summer studies in ADR

Capital University Law School will offer its first Summer Dispute Resolution Institute July 14 through August 15. Eight different dispute resolution courses are open to attorneys, alternative dispute resolution professionals and law students. Courses will be taught in a one-week format, five consecutive half-day sessions, except for Divorce Mediation, which is all-day sessions.

Institute offering include: Dispute Resolution, General Arbitration, Labor Arbitration, Divorce Mediation, Health Care and Dispute Resolution, Negotiation, Impact of Culture and Gender on Negotiation and Mediation, Business Negotiation (on-line).
