Attention Attorneys: Franklin County Municipal Court Appointed Counsel List
Open enrollment for the Franklin County Municipal Court Appointed Counsel List will occur in the month of July 2008. Any attorney who would like to be considered for the List should complete the Appointment of Counsel Application and file it with Suzanne Ruzicka, Support Services Coordinator, 375 South High Street, 15th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215 by July 31, 2008. For further information, contact Ms. Ruzicka at 614-645-3803.
Counsel should consult Franklin County Municipal Court Rule 16 (Appointed Counsel) for the requirements for inclusion on the List. The application form can be obtained here: http://www.fcmcclerk.com/localrules/pdf/Rule16Form.pdf.
Attorneys who are already on the list do not need to reapply.
