Performance poll correction
Due to a tabulation error by the outside accountants, Judge Daniel Hogan’s 2008 Performance Poll results were inaccurate. His overall rating, which reflected a 4.0 in the poll, should have been a 4.4. Because of this discrepancy, results for all judges in all courts were recalculated and found to be correct, with this one exception. The correct tabulations for Judge Hogan are:
