Sports Law Update 2008

Celebrated investigative sportswriter Lester Munson (formerly of Sports Illustrated and now with ESPN) provides insight into litigation in the world of sports. Lester Munson has reported on legal issues in sports for over 15 years using a unique combination of journalistic investigative skills and courtroom experience. Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois, he digs into criminal charges against sports celebrities; and using his legal training and expertise, Mr. Munson is able to gather and to analyze material not often found in routine sports coverage. He is able to put criminal charges and civil litigation in the sports industry into a context that gives new insights into each case.
