Notice regarding Franklin County Municipal Court
NOTICE
All offices of the Franklin County Municipal Court will be closed on the following days:
Monday, December 24, 2007, with the exception of the Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.
Tuesday, December 25, 2007.
Monday, December 31, 2007, with the exception of the Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.
Tuesday, January 1, 2008.
The offices of the Clerk of Court will operate as follows:
December 25, 2007 and January 1, 2008: The Criminal Division will be open 24 hours.
December 24, 2007 and December 31, 2007: The Criminal Division will be open 24 hours.
The Civil Division will be open from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
The closing of the Court will not affect filing deadlines on December 24, 2007 and December 31, 2007.
