The Columbus Bar has added level premium group term life insurance as a new benefit available to members. Both 10-year level and 20-year level programs are available.

 

Members may purchase up to $1,000,000 of life insurance coverage and up to $500,000 of life insurance coverage for their spouse. The 20-year level coverage is available to members and spouses up to age 54 and the 10-year level coverage is available to members and spouses up to age 64.

 

The group purchasing power allows members to receive quality coverage at competitive group rates. The plan includes a terminal illness benefit and is renewable until age 75. Acceptance into the plan is subject to evidence of insurability as determined by the United States Life Insurance Company, New York, New York, member of American International Group, Inc. The plan is administered locally by HRH, the Columbus Bar’s endorsed insurance agency since 1989.
