Charm school--for prospecting clients
A successful legal practice is fueled by long-term, personal relationships. This requires an activity that can intimidate even the toughest lawyers: PROSPECTING. Too bad they didn’t teach you that in law school!
Keith Luscher, a nationally known management consultant who specializes in helping business professionals “keep their pipelines full” and the author of the recently released Prospect & Flourish written for professionals, will conduct an intensive, three-hour “prospecting boot camp” to give you the tools and the knowledge to take your practice to the next level. Prospect and Flourish is offered on Thursday, November 15 from 9 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. for 3.0 CLE hours.
In his presentation, Luscher will help you to more quickly identify prospective clients for your legal practice; network more effectively through centers of influence, and establish your personal board of advisors; go beyond referrals, to seeking personal introductions; and maintain outstanding client service as the foundation for your professional success, and key to building new client relationships.
