Open enrollment for the Franklin County Municipal Court Appointed Counsel List will occur in the month of December, 2007. Any attorney who would like to be considered for the List should complete the Appointment of Counsel Application and file it with Suzanne Ruzicka, Court Appointed Counsel Coordinator, 375 South High Street, 15th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215 by December 28, 2007. Counsel should consult Franklin County Municipal Court Rule 16 (Appointed Counsel) for the requirements for inclusion on the List. The application form can be obtained at www.fcmcclerk.com/rules. To obtain a copy of the form click on the link at the bottom of the page.

 

Attorneys who are already on the list do not need to reapply.
