Notice regarding Franklin County Municipal Court
NOTICE
All offices of the Franklin County Municipal Court will be closed on the following days:
1. Thursday, November 22, 2007.
2. Friday, November 23, 2007, with the exception of the Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.
Arraignments will also be held in Courtroom 4D on Saturday, November 24, 2007.
3. Monday, December 24, 2007, with the exception of the Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.
4. Tuesday, December 25, 2007.
5. Monday, December 31, 2007, with the exception of the Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.
6. Tuesday, January 1, 2008
The offices of the Clerk of Court will operate as follows:
1. November 22, 2007, December 25, 2007 and January 1, 2008:
The Criminal Division will be open 24 hours.
2. November 23, 2007, December 24, 2007 and December 31, 2007:
The Criminal Division will be open 24 hours. The Traffic Division will be closed on Friday November 23, 2007, but tickets can be paid in the Criminal Division on the 2nd floor. The Civil Division will be open from 8a.m.-3p.m.
The closing of the Court will not affect filing deadlines on November 23, 2007, December 24, 2007 and December 31, 2007.
