It’s time to start planning! Please join us at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Saturday, March 15 as the Columbus Bar Foundation Gala captures the lighter side of politics with the Capitol Steps. The political satirists will have plenty of fodder from the “real world” of politics to provide a rollicking good time. Tickets for the Foundation’s fund raiser are $250.00 a person or $400.00 a couple.

 

The black-tie event will support the Columbus Bar Foundation and further enable the Foundation to enhance quality of life for many Central Ohioans and to promote access to justice in our local courts.

 

Over the past twenty years, the Foundation has grown from a fledgling charity to a proactive advocate and respected supporter of charitable activities in Central Ohio. Today the Foundation administers a corpus of $3 million and issues over $200,000 in grants annually, funding programs and projects that improve access to the courts, encourage greater professionalism, provide law school scholarship and support innovative programming at the Legal Aid Society of Columbus for children and victims of domestic violence. The proceeds from the Gala will provide significant financial support to further the mission of the Foundation.
