It is a profession that exposes one to diverse subjects, people, places, and things. It is rarely boring.

 

I have been fortunate to associate with great attorneys as partners, associates, and opponents. Further, I have been blessed with a loyal and competent staff.

 

My first job out of law school was in the Ohio Attorney General's office ,Workers' Compensation section. I chose that section because it involved jury trials and appellate work. When I entered private practice, I was a general practitioner who emphasized workers' compensation. That part of the practice grew to the point where it became my primary focus.

 

We are unique because we emphasize Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury. We distinguish ourselves from other firms because we handle complicated product liability cases that involve equipment, machines, and other materials that require a scientific background.
