Attorney review class - 'Time is of the essence'
It is a phrase used frequently in the Residential Real Estate Purchase Contract. It also applies to the ability to make money reviewing contracts for clients. The ability to efficiently identify problems and to make appropriate recommendations is the key. The latest revision of the Residential Real Estate Purchase Contract from the Columbus Board of Realtors and the Columbus Bar presents a distinct opportunity for attorneys to participate in transactions as never before.
With the inclusion of the Attorney Approval clause in the body of the Contract, attorneys will be called upon to review contracts and provide suggestions for improvement where necessary.
