OPEN ENROLLMENT: Franklin County Municipal Court Appointed Counsel
OPEN ENROLLMENT for the Franklin County Municipal Court Appointed Counsel List will occur in the month of July 2007. Any attorney who would like to be considered for the List should complete the Appointment of Counsel Application and file it with Suzanne Ruzicka, Court Administration Office, Franklin County Municipal Court, 375 South High Street, 15th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215, by Tuesday, July 31, 2007. Counsel should consult Franklin County Municipal Court Local Rule 16 (Appointed Counsel) for the requirements for inclusion on the List. The application form can be obtained at http://www.fcmcclerk.com/rules/pdfs/Rule_16_Appointment-Form.pdf or by contacting Kelli Davis, Court Administration Secretary, at 614-645-8214.
Attorneys previously notified that their applications have been accepted for appointments do not need to reapply.
