Attorney Approval Clause Update for Real Estate
With the recent revision of the Columbus Board of Realtors / Columbus Bar Association Residential Real Estate Purchase Contract comes the pre-printed Attorney Approval Clause which may increase the involvement of attorneys in residential transactions. James A. Zitesman will discuss the basics that every attorney reviewing a purchase contract should know on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. for one hour of CLE credit.
