With 89% of the federal courts now using Case Management and Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF), it is estimated that more than 200,000 attorneys have filed documents via the internet. State courts will soon follow suit.

 

This movement in the court systems has compelled lawyers to invest in paperless or less paper solutions.
