W. TRAVIS GARRISON has joined THOMPSON HINE as an associate in the firm’s corporate transactions & securities practice group.

The OHIO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY is pleased to announce that MICHAEL R. RANKIN has been appointed to serve as registrar of the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, effective April 16. Rankin assumes his new position with nearly 30 years experience working with a wide range of public, utility and private clients.
