Judge Belskis to speak at Probate Law Institute 2007

The Hon. Lawrence A. Belskis will kick off Probate Law Institute 2007 with a Legislative Update on Tuesday, April 24. The institute will be held from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. for 6.5 hours of CLE credit.

The Hon. Charlotte Coleman Eufinger of Union County Probate and Juvenile Court will present the case law update. William J. Browning of Browning & Meyer will provide a Medicaid update, and J. Bradley Britton of the Columbus Foundation will discuss recent developments in charitable giving. Other presenters include Jay E. Michael, Alan S. Acker and William A. Morse.

Lunch will be provided courtesy of CBS Agency, Inc. and will include a technology demonstration of a will and trust drafting system by Alan S. Acker.
