First class of Columbus Bar Leadership Academy graduates
The Columbus Bar offers heartfelt congratulations to the first graduates of the Leadership Academy. Participants attended four evenings devoted to the practical leadership skills that support rewarding and successful law practice in Columbus.
Graduation in the new Leadership Academy is rolling as participants complete all of the four required sessions. These first graduates have completed the program in the least amount of time possible, attending every session that has been offered since the kick-off this fall.
Each session offered this year will be offered once more before summer to accommodate new participants and those whose schedules prevented them from attending all four fall and winter sessions. The Columbus Bar chose this format to allow participants maximum flexibility in completing the program. The next session, entitled "Getting to Know You" will be offered on March 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and features speaker Dawn Rae Grauel of Hahn Loeser + Parks.
The popularity of the program is yet another indicator that new attorneys in Columbus are highly motivated and committed to becoming contributing members of the Bar and of the community. The Columbus Bar is proud and honored to have them as members and future leaders.
