Women Lawyers invite new lawyers to family event at COSI

The balance between work and family can be difficult for anyone, especially new lawyers who are learning how to maintain that balance. As part of the New Lawyers Advisory Group for the Columbus Bar, I encourage all new lawyers and their families to attend a family networking event sponsored by the Women Lawyers of Franklin County. This is a fantastic opportunity for new lawyers to socialize and network with other lawyers while spending time with their families.

The event will be held at COSI on Feb. 23 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at COSI. The cost is $7 for admission to COSI (unless you are a member); dinner is $5 per individual/$10 per family. Donatos pizza, subs, salads, pop, cookies, and dessert pizza will be served at 6 p.m. Children 23 months and younger eat and play for free. Payment for dinner must be received by February 21 (send checks to Pamela Mortimer, 877 Upholland Lane, Worthington, Ohio 43085).
