ALA gathering gently used professional clothing

The Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) is collecting gently used professional clothing in good condition for the Legal Technology Class at the Northeast Career Center. This very worthwhile cause ensures that students will have office appropriate attire for interviews and spring internships.

The group is looking for any and all professional clothing in good condition (suits, dresses, blouses, sweaters, pants and shirts) that might have a “second life” for students interested in working in the legal environment. Caskey Cleaners has graciously offered to donate dry cleaning services, as necessary.

Becky Von Ohlen, Ulmer & Berne, the co-chair of the Legal Career Development committee, is the contact person for this collection effort. This is a great way to help the students, plus clean out your closets to make room for more.
