ComDoc's Certified Pre-Owned Machines are a cost effective alternative to the new equipment ComDoc offers. Certified Pre-Owned equipment is usually one (and never more than two) generations behind the most current manufactured model. It has a meter of no more than 25 percent of the system's useful life and the same guarantees and protection as brand new models.
ComDoc is unique in its ability to offer a full line of certified pre-owned equipment for a number of reasons. Due to ComDoc's flexible leasing, customers often change equipment within the first year. ComDoc is Ricoh's largest independent dealer in the USA and can select only the best cores for a refurbishment process. ComDoc has a 100,000 square foot, centralized distribution center which allows for a factory-style refurbishment.
