Columbus Bar and Office Depot partner to save firms time & money
Office supplies are always needed, and keeping them in stock can often be a time-consuming, expensive endeavor. The Columbus Bar has formed a partnership with Office Depot, one of the word's largest providers of office products and services. As a result of this partnership, Columbus Bar members will receive highly competitive pricing, significant customer service commitments and a web-based ordering process.
The online system will store members' frequently ordered items to streamline the ordering process, saving firm staff valuable time. These items are called "contract" or "core" items and will be identified as "best value" on the ordering web site. The Columbus Bar will be able to capture important usage information to enable them to look at trends, private label products and other cost reduction processes to help them continue to provide outstanding service to Columbus Bar members.
