What’s the best way to improve your health?
A healthier lifestyle could be just a few clicks away. By taking a free online health assessment through your health insurance company’s website, you can identify your personal health needs, learn healthy habits, and compare your “lifestyle score” to others of the same age and gender. Plus, you’ll have access to several health improvement resources.
To get started, if you are covered with UnitedHealthcare, just visit www.myuhc.com and after logging in, select “Health Topics and Tools” and click on “Assess & Improve Your Health.” If you haven’t yet registered with myuhc.com, click “Register Now” under “Need a username and password?” on the right side of the page. It’s quick and easy, and you’ll gain access to all of your personal health benefits information, a wealth of health and wellness information, and the online health assessment.
If your health coverage is with Anthem, go to www.anthem.com and click on “members.” Select your state from the dropdown box and click “Enter.” Then log in and click on “MyHealth@Anthem” and “Health Assessment.” You will have to register as a member if you have not already done so.
If your health coverage is with Medical Mutual of Ohio, go to www.medmutual.com and click on “Members.” Then log in and click on “Health Risk Assessment.” To register, click on “please register today” on the right side of the page under “New to MedMutual.com?”
Members of Aetna can go to www.aetna.com and log on under “Members: secure information,” click on shortcut “Aetna Intelihealth” on the left side of the page, and then “interactive tools.” There are several illustrations, assessments and tools available. If not registered, click on “first time user?”
Make the commitment today to improve your health for tomorrow.
