2011 Columbus Bar Foundation Annual Meeting: June 14, 2011

Heather G. Sowald was sworn in as 2011-2012 Columbus Bar Foundation President at the Annual Meeting on June 14 (pictured above with Outgoing President Fordham Huffman).

Justice Yvette McGee Brown was presented with the President's Award, and Michael Mahoney was honored for his six years of service as Columbus Bar Foundation Counsel.

Columbus Bar Foundation Gala 2011

2010 Rock 'n Bowl

2009 Columbus Bar Foundation Annual Meeting

2009 Columbus Bar Foundation Gala

On April 4, 2009, the Columbus Bar Foundation Gala was attended by over 240 people and approximately $40,000 was raised to support the Foundation's mission. Foundation President Charlie Warner and Columbus Bar President Kathleen Trafford hosted the Gala. Colleen Marshall and Doug Hoover were emcees, and musical entertainment was provided by Joe Dunlap, Kelly Crum Delaveris, Maxwell Button, Jimmy Masters, and Doug Richeson. On behalf of the Foundation, thank you for your generosity and support.

Annual Fashion Show & Luncheon

The Columbus Bar Association Alliance held their annual fashion show and luncheon, "Celebrating 50 Years," on April 23, 2009 at Pinnacle Golf Club. Proceeds from the fashion show benefited law-related community projects, including refurbishing the secured waiting room at the City of Columbus Domestic Violence and Stalking Unit.
