Rates for Court-Appointed Cases
A
mileage rate increase is in effect for fee applications submitted
to the appropriate court on or after August 1, 2008.

Supreme
Court Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Rule Changes
The
Supreme Court of Ohio will accept public comment until Sept. 17
about a proposed increase in judicial ethics and professionalism
instruction for full-time judges.
The
Supreme Court of Ohio will accept a second round of public comment
on several revised proposed amendments to the Rules of Superintendence
for the Courts of Ohio addressing access to court records. This
round of comment on proposed rules 44 through 47 will end Sept.
17.
