Solve Scheduling Woes with Agree A Date
by Barron Henley, Esq., Affinity Consulting Group, LLC
Have you ever tried to schedule a meeting or phone conference for a group of people? Ask everyone to email dates and times that will work with their schedules and you'll likely end up with no common options and a headache.
Thankfully, there is a wonderful, FREE service which solves this problem and it's called Agree A Date (www.agreeadate.com). Whether you need to plan a conference call, business meeting, appointment or social event, Agree A Date makes it easy and fast.
You simply set up your event, identify possible dates and times, and enter recipient email addresses. You can optionally poll recipients about other issues such as location.
Agree A Date sends a personalized email invitation to the participants containing a link to your reply page on agreeadate.com. Recipients just answer the questions and click the Send Your Response button. Agree A Date notifies you of responses and tallies them in a table. What could be easier?
