And, with new features like message boards and practice area specific newsfeeds on the horizon, committee pages will help you stay up-to-date on relevant issues even when you can’t join us in person for those monthly noon meetings!

We’re always interested in hearing from you so please check out the pages for your committees and then let us know what else we could add to make the pages even more robust and helpful. To access committee pages, visit www.cbalaw.org/committees.

Municipal Court Judges to Lunch
with New Lawyers

Talking with the judges about their courtrooms, leadership roles in the community, professional careers, and life experiences is a unique and valuable experience for young attorneys. On Thursday, October 29, the Municipal Court judges will join the New Lawyers committee for a special noon lunch meeting here at the Columbus Bar. Judges and new lawyers will sit down for small group conversation over an informal meal provided free of charge.

All Columbus Bar members in their first 5 years of practice are invited to join us for this event, but space is limited. Those interested in attending must RSVP to Marcia Smith (marcia@cbalaw.org or 340.2051) by the end of business on Friday, October 23.
