E-Filing and Notification System for Franklin County Courts (CLE Easy Pass eligible)

Overview:
Commencing on or about August 24, 2011, the Franklin County Clerk of Courts and the Franklin County Common Pleas Court will begin a phased implementation of a new electronic filing system ("the e-Filing System"). The new system will cut down on the time it takes to file and track your cases, giving you more time to build your client base.

The CBA is hosting Dallas Powell of Tybera Development Group, the company that has designed and installed the system, to train you on its features and utilization. This 1.0 CLE hour presentation affords you an opportunity to get your important questions answered in real time, by the experts.* Use of the e-filing system will be mandatory for many civil and criminal case types.
