An open Reception Area connects all rooms, and accommodates the flow of your function with a commodious sideboard for food and beverage service.

The Training Room has 2,000 square feet of space and is fully equipped with the latest in voice and data technology. There is an 8-foot multimedia screen with a liquid crystal display (LCD) projector, a full sound system, a recessed dry erase board and two 32-inch overhead flat screen monitors. A hard-wired PC in this room will accept flash drives or CDs for ease of presentation loading. Ideal for large-scale educational seminars, video viewings, and business meetings.

The Committee Room features a built-in screen with multimedia capability. The use of laptop computers in this room provides the ability to install flash drives or DVDs and CDs for ease of presentation loading.

The Mediation Room features a built-in screen with multimedia capability. The use of laptop computers in this room provides the ability to install flash drives or DVDs and CDs for ease of presentation loading.




Videoconferencing and Technology

Columbus Bar Technology

All Columbus Bar meeting rooms are wired for high-speed internet connectivity, free wireless internet access, and video-conferencing. In addition, our rooms have additional technology (i.e. DVD access, screens for presentations, etc.).

Columbus Bar Video-Conferencing

The Columbus Bar Association is equipped with video-conferencing capabilities in all of our meeting rooms. Whether taking a deposition from a witness in another state or collaborating with colleagues in remote offices, video-conferencing allows face-to-face meetings without needing to leave town.



Pricing

Three hour minimum. $200 per hour for the first three hours and $50 per hour thereafter. Boxed lunches are available from Milo's and beverage packages are available (for an additional fee).
