The Paperless Office

February 25, 2014 (12-1pm)

Ever wonder what it would be like to be able to find documents at your desk without rummaging through file cabinets or boxes? How much paper do you put in files, because someday you may need it, only to never see it again? Consider all the time and energy spent closing files and moving them to storage. Now consider keeping all those documents in electronic format, readily available if needed, and then closing files by dragging them from an active work directory to an archive directory. Our presenters will share with you currently available and reasonably priced hardware and software that can make your office paperless! Whether you want to go full or partially paperless, this session will show you how to begin the process.

Speakers: Michael Sweet and Ben Katz, Fireproof Records
