Small Firm/Solo Practitioner Committee Meeting

Topic:  Avoiding the “Save As” Plan:  Building and Implementing a Business Development Plan that Truly Grows Your Practice

Developing and building your practice growth strategy is a key factor in your success and one size clearly does not fit all. Understanding the elements that go into creating a successful plan are key. The best laid plans in the world, however, don’t do much good unless they are clearly focused on driving your action and expanding your relationships.  This discussion will guide you through the key elements of an effective plan, explore implementation tactics to help you succeed, and help you learn to prioritize your efforts and looking for opportunities.
