Estate Planning and Trust Committee

Mission

To enhance the substantive legal and practical knowledge and the collegiality of the Franklin County estate planning bar.

A Message from the Committee Chair:

Hello. I am honored to serve as the Committee Chair for the Estate Planning and Trust Committee. For those of you who don’t know me, I am a member of the Family Wealth Planning Group at Carlile Patchen and Murphy. As many of you know, the substantive law committees are one of the most utilized and important aspects of the CBA. As your chairperson I hope to continue to build our strong estate planning community and increase our involvement with the CBA and amongst our members. I will strive to provide interesting and topical speakers to our monthly lunch meeting and I encourage the members of this committee to let me know if there is a speaker or a topic that you would like to see. This year we are planning to have some joint meeting with the Probate Court Committee and will be exploring the possibility of hosting an event outside of our typical monthly meetings. I hope to keep you all informed and to provide you with useful content. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you may have.
